ISEB Modelling Business Processes — A 2-Day Course
Course Synopsis
Modelling Business Processes offers practical, proven techniques for modelling, analysing and improving business processes. An hierarchic approach is taken to process improvement. This approach analyses and models three levels of business process and also examines important related issues such as human performance and process measurement. Theoretical concepts are supported by a detailed case study which gives the opportunity for participants to apply their knowledge to both AS-IS and TO-BE process models.

On completion of this training course, delegates will be able to:

- Model business processes at an operational level
- Analyse activities within business processes
- Analyse managerial and performance aspects of activities and processes
- Evaluate and re-design business processes
Intended Audience
This course is intended for:
- Anyone directly involved with changing and improving business processes and who needs to understand the mechanics of the modelling process
- Those wishing to attain the ISEB Certificate in Modelling Business Processes
Examination
This course prepares participants to sit the one-hour, open book, examination leading to the certificate in Business Process Modelling offered by the Information Systems Examinations Board (ISEB). The certificate is a specialist module in the ISEB Business Analysis Diploma. In addition to covering the full ISEB syllabus, this course is approved as consistent with the IIBA BABoK version 1.6.
The exam fee is included in the cost of the course.
