Course Synopsis

This course features activities and role-playing exercise that will help you improve your oral interpersonal and small group communication skills in a workplace environment. Use tactics to communicate up, down, and across your organization and understand that different techniques work for different levels of employees. Learn the value of planned alliances that will help you overcome obstacles to communication, performance, and ideas. This course will also help you grasp your emotional intelligence style and how it is important to effective leadership. Examine tactics to radiate a positive self-image to others.
