ITIL® Foundation Bridging from Version 2 to Version 3 — A 2-Day Course
Course Description
Service Management, and in particular ITIL®, has developed across the world over recent years. It is now recognised as the de facto standard for managing services leading to the release of ITIL® V3 in 2007. This introduced a number of additional processes, components and concepts over the previous version increasing its relevance to organisations who deliver or consume services internally and externally. The ITIL® Foundation Certificate in Service Management has been a popular, globally recognised qualification to allow holders to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the subject.
