Synopsis
This course is aimed at database administrators of small sized databases who need to carry out basic administration tasks on an Oracle 11g database. The focus is on using Enterprise Manager to teach delegates how to manage the database.
Delegates will be able to utilise the knowledge and skills gained to maintain successful and efficient day-to-day operations of Oracle Database 11g. The course will give experienced Oracle 9i database administrators practical experience in installing, configuring, administering and implementing an Oracle Database 11g. Database administrators will gain a practical understanding of the new features of Oracle Database 11g and how these can be implemented in their current Oracle installations.
