Synopsis
Delegates will learn how to plan and implement a backup and recovery strategy using Recovery Manager. They will perform backup and recovery operations using RMAN and Enterprise Manager. They will use Flashback features to recover from human error. Delegates will also learn how to use Oracle Secure Backup to backup and restore from tape.

Prerequisites
A working knowledge of Oracle SQL*Plus and Oracle Database Administration. This can be obtained by attendance on the pre-requisite courses:
