Synopsis

In an increasingly competitive market place project managers are becoming more aware of the importance of recognition for the skills and experience that they have. The Project Management Institute PMP® accreditation provides this recognition on a global scale and is increasingly sort after by professional project managers throughout the world.

This course aims to prepare attendees to take the PMP® exam and provides 14 hours of training towards the 35 hours required as a prerequisite.

Objectives

By the end of this course delegates will have learnt how to prepare for the PMP® exam.

Suitable For

This course is intended for experienced Project Managers who meet the Project Management Institute pre-requisites (see www.pmi.org) and who have substantial knowledge of the generic skills required by a project manager (e.g. Work Breakdown, estimating techniques, critical path analysis, scheduling, project control techniques).

Examination
