Business Project Management — A 5-Day Course

Synopsis

This five-day instructor led course on Business Project Management is an opportunity for those involved in project management to learn and practise project management techniques and skills which will contribute to success.

Course Objectives

After completing this course the student will be able to:

  • Adopt a structured approach to project management
  • Produce a cost/benefit analysis and monitor benefits realisation
  • Define a firm foundation for project success
  • Manage project risk
  • Use planning and control techniques to manage a complex project
  • Understand the particular problems of managing project teams

Intended Audience

This training event is primarily of benefit to business managers who are responsible for the achievement of project objectives such as developing or launching new products, moving premises or introducing new methods of working.

Prerequisites

Before attending this course, students must have experience of:

  • The basic techniques of project management
