PRINCE2™ Foundation — A 3-Day Course

Course Overview

Projects bring together resources, skills, technology and ideas to deliver business benefits or to achieve business objectives. Good project management helps to ensure that these benefits and objectives are delivered to an appropriate level of quality and within the constraints of time and cost. It is also an essential element in managing the risks inherent in change and innovation. PRINCE2™ is a comprehensive, structured project management method used extensively by the UK government. It is also widely recognised and used by the private sector, both in the UK and internationally. The method can be applied to all kinds of projects including information systems projects.

The aim of this 3-day course is to provide delegates with a comprehensive introduction to PRINCE2 and to prepares delegates for the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate examination (included in the course) administered by the Association of Project Managers Group (APMG).

  • State which management products are input to, and output from the eight processes
  • State the main purpose, and key contents, of the major management products
  • State the relationships between processes, deliverables, roles and the management dimensions of a project

The exam is:
