Synopsis

FrameMaker is an established tool for text processing and layout. In particular, the book functions in FrameMaker support you when working with extensive documents. This enables you to define continuous numbering and all types of indexes, such as tables of contents, key word indexes and abbreviation indexes. By using paragraph styles, character styles and table formats, as well as master and reference pages, you can achieve a consistent layout for your documents.

This course familiarises you with FrameMaker functions so that you can use FrameMaker to create manuals on your own.
