CTX1327 Citrix Password Manager 4.5: Administration — A 2-Day Course

Course Synopsis

This course introduces administrators and IT professionals to Citrix Password Manager 4.5 and prepares them to install, administer and support the product. Interactive instructor-led discussion and hands-on labs and exercises guide learners through administrator tasks preparing them to manage Citrix Password Manager 4.5 deployments.

Upon successful completion of this course, learners are able to perform the following:

  • Create application definitions in the Console
  • Configure password policy settings
  • Configure settings for agent deployment
  • Perform advanced configuration such as Hot Desktop and Self-Service Password Reset

This course is intended for system administrators familiar with networking components, security elements, Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Presentation Server environments.

Before taking CTX-1327AI, Citrix recommends that learners successfully complete the following:

Citrix Certification and Citrix Exams

This course is part of a series of recommended training that prepares candidates for exam 327 Citrix Password Manager 4.5: Administration which is required for certification as a Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) for Citrix Password Manager 4.5.

CTX-1327AI vs. CTX-1326AI: Key Differences

CTX-1327AI covers Citrix Password Manager 4.5, while CTX-1326AI covers Citrix Password Manager 4.0. The following list summarizes the key differences found in Password Manager 4.5, and should be of use to students in determining their training needs:
