This course has been replaced by the new CompTIA A+ 2012 Certification 220-801 Support Skills course.

You will acquire the essential skills and information you will need to install, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot, optimize, and perform preventative maintenance of basic personal computer hardware and operating systems in this course.

Students taking this course should have the following skills:

Examination

This course prepares delegates to sit the CompTIA A+ Certification Essentials exam (code 220-701). The exam consists of 100 questions to be answered within 90 minutes.

Please note the exam is not taken at the end of the course nor is the exam included in the course fee.
