On Job Training — A 2-Day Course

Course Synopsis

For most employees on-job training forms the main part of their training. This highly effective way of learning new tasks, mainly due to the very practical nature, can form strong bonds between people and help foster a good team spirit. However, when done ineffectively it can damage working relationships and disrupt production.

This course enhances the skills needed to enable others to learn their jobs quickly and effectively at the point of production.

Anyone who has a responsibility for training others to successfully do their jobs to a required, re-defined standard will benefit from attending this course.
