Train the IT Trainer — A 2-Day CourseCourse SynopsisIn today's rapidly changing IT environment, managers and team members are being called upon to train staff in software products - but how effective are they as training providers? This course is designed to improve your ability to provide training on software products to less experienced users on a one to one basis or in a classroom. During the course participants will run two practical training sessions. The first will last for ten minutes and will be on a one on one basis. The second will be delivered to a group of trainees.
