Microsoft Course - Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2005 - Operator — A 1-Day Course

-

Course Synopsis

This course is designed for IT support staff who will be using MOM 2005 to monitor server health, process alerts, and diagnose and resolve problems. The course is written for IT support professionals who currently support Microsoft servers, such as Active Directory domain controllers, or Exchange servers, and will now use MOM as a management tool to monitor server health, process alerts, and diagnose and resolve problems. It may also be of interest to non technical support staff to gain an overview of the MOM product and see how it can be used in their environment.

The course will be delivered as an interactive lecture including many hands-on exercises, which guide the students through the alert resolution process and the Operators Console.
