Course Outline

PRINCE2 is a "Process-Driven" approach to project management with processes to support each of the main "drivers" within the project. PRINCE2 is suitable for planning and controlling any type of project, regardless of scope or size. PRINCE2 is increasingly being viewed as "Best Practice".

The one-day course introduces the delegates to the concepts of project management and then takes the delegates through the relevant parts of the PRINCE2 method (i.e. where there is project board involvement). The course covers the importance the business case has as the foundation for the project and the role the board plays in directing the project to ensure that the project will deliver the anticipated business objectives.

The course is delivered in a number of modules, all of which include interactive discussion as the main vehicle for understanding PRINCE2 and its implications.
