The 3rd Edition of the Change Management manual, Making Sense of Change Management by Esther Cameron and Mike Green was published on the 3rd May 2012.
Making Sense of Change Management examines managing and leading change in an organization. It covers key scenarios, including business restructure, mergers and acquisitions, cultural change and IT-based process change.
The practitioner exam syllabus is supplemented by material from the People Alchemy website, an online repository for information on all management disciplines. Material used for the practitioner qualification is provided to candidates, who also get one years free membership to the site when they enroll for the qualification.
