This is an overview of the Voice over Internet Protocol and the move toward data and voice convergence. It includes the protocols used in VoIP including the signalling and bearer systems. It is an instructor led course with practical exercises.

Prerequisites
This is a foundation level course, ideal for anybody with an interest in Convergence; as such no special prerequisites are necessary other than the desire to learn!
