Exam Conditions
Examinations are held under strict testing conditions, with a television camera monitoring a closed door exam environment.
Identification requirements vary from exam sponsor to another. All candidate identification must be valid (not expired) and must be an original document (not a photocopy or a fax).
- Primary ID: Must contain a permanently affixed photo of the candidate, along with the candidate's signature. (Government-Issued Driver's Licence, Passport or Military ID)
- Secondary ID: If the exam sponsor requires a secondary ID, it must contain the candidate's signature, such as debit or credit Cards (or one of the other Primary ID's).
IDs are considered to be valid (non-expired) as long as they do not contain an expiration date that has passed.

Customers wishing to book an examination should go to Pearson VUE's website www.pearsonvue.com where they can book a test and pay through a secure environment.
Pay Attention!
It is crucial to carefully review ID, payment, time and attendance requirements before attempting the examination. Candidates who fail to do so are regularly refused permission to take the examination, please do not be be one of them.
